RETURN POLICY

At KitLab, we sell vintage and pre-owned football shirts. Because of the nature of these products, signs of age, wear, or minor imperfections may be present and are often part of the character of the item. Any material condition details are described or shown in the product listing.

Right of withdrawal
If you are a consumer in the EU, you generally have the right to withdraw from your purchase within 14 days of receiving your order, without giving any reason.

To exercise your right of withdrawal, you must notify us within 14 days of receiving the item by emailing kitlab@invea.se. You must then return the item to us within 14 days of notifying us.

Return conditions
To be eligible for a return under the right of withdrawal:

- the item must be returned in the same condition as received
- the item must not be used beyond what is necessary to inspect it
- the item must include any original packaging, tags, or accessories where applicable

You are responsible for the direct cost of return shipping unless otherwise required by applicable law.

Refunds
If your return is approved, we will refund the purchase price and, where required by applicable law, the original standard delivery cost.

Refunds are made to the original payment method. We may withhold the refund until we have received the returned item or until you have provided proof of return shipment, whichever occurs first.

Faulty or incorrect items
Your right to make a complaint about a faulty, damaged, or incorrect item under applicable consumer law is not affected by this Return Policy.

If you receive an item that is faulty or materially not as described, please contact us at kitlab@invea.se as soon as possible and include your order number and clear photos of the issue.

Please note that normal signs of wear, age, or condition clearly described in the listing or visible in product photos do not by themselves mean that the item is faulty.

Non-returnable items
The right of withdrawal may not apply to goods made to the customer’s specifications or clearly personalized goods, where applicable.

Unclaimed parcels
If a parcel is not collected and is returned to us, we reserve the right to deduct the direct costs we incur for return shipping and handling from your refund, where permitted by applicable law.
