KitLab ships orders within the European Union.

Order processing
Orders are normally processed and prepared for shipment within 2 business days after your order has been placed. During busy periods, processing may take slightly longer.

Once your order has been shipped, you will receive a shipping confirmation by email. Tracking information will be provided where available.

Delivery
Estimated delivery times depend on the destination country and the carrier selected at checkout. Delivery times shown at checkout are estimates and are not guaranteed.

If your order has not arrived within a reasonable time after dispatch, please contact us at kitlab@invea.se and we will help investigate the shipment.

Shipping costs
Shipping costs are shown at checkout before you complete your purchase.

Please note that the customer is responsible for providing correct delivery details. We are not responsible for delays or additional costs caused by incorrect or incomplete address information provided at checkout.

Unclaimed parcels
If a parcel is not collected and is returned to us, we reserve the right to deduct the direct costs we incur for return shipping and handling from your refund, where permitted by applicable law.

Shipping area
We currently ship within the European Union only.

Delays
We are not responsible for delays caused by the shipping carrier, customs authorities, force majeure, or other circumstances beyond our reasonable control. However, if there is a significant delay, please contact us and we will do our best to assist.
